Phone battery replacement by mail

Phone dying by mid-afternoon, shutting off at 20%, or showing a "Service" battery warning? We replace phone batteries by mail, for iPhone and popular Android models.

What it costs

$25 labor + the battery. Battery prices vary by model, and your quote shows the exact part and price before you pay. Shipping both ways is billed separately and listed on the quote. Not sure it's the battery? Add Diagnostics (+$30) and we'll find the cause first.

How it works

1. Start a repair and tell us what the phone is doing.
2. Approve and pay the quote. We order the battery right away.
3. Mail your phone with the prepaid, insured label.
4. We install and test the new battery and ship the phone back.

Good to know

• Swollen batteries can't go by air; we use ground service where carrier rules require it.
• On some iPhones a non-Apple battery shows a battery-health notice. Your quote says which part we'll use.
• 90-day warranty on the new battery and its install.
