Base service

$25 labor

+ parts. No diagnostics. We replace exactly what you ask for.

  • We replace exactly the part you ask for, from an approved list: screen, battery, or charge port
  • Not available for liquid-damaged devices
  • No diagnosis or troubleshooting
  • Requires the Base service waiver
  • If the swap does not fix it, the labor is still owed. Add Diagnostics within 7 days and the Base labor is credited
  • 90-day warranty on the replaced part and its install only

Diagnostics

+$30 add-on

On top of Base → $55 labor + parts.

  • Full diagnosis and written findings
  • Repair quote before any work
  • Decline and we return it (you pay diagnostics + shipping)
  • 90-day warranty on parts and labor for the diagnosed repair

Examples (estimates): no power / liquid damage quoted after diagnosis; common screen and battery jobs quoted from photos.

Shipping

Shipping is shown in your quote. Inbound and return are billed separately (not built into labor). Typical insured phone parcel: about $12–$15 each way between your ZIP and our shop in Buffalo, NY. Exact rates are estimated from your ZIP when you start a repair.
