iPhone screen repair by mail

Cracked glass, a dead touch area, lines or a black display: we replace iPhone screens by mail. Send photos, get a quote, ship your phone with a prepaid label, and get it back with a new screen.

What it costs

$25 labor + the screen. Screen prices vary by model and by grade, so your quote lists the exact part and price before you pay anything. Inbound and return shipping are billed separately and shown on the quote. If you're not sure the screen is the problem, add Diagnostics (+$30).

How it works

1. Start a repair with photos and a short description.
2. Approve and pay your quote. We order the screen right away.
3. Ship your phone with the prepaid, insured label.
4. We replace and test the screen, then ship it back with tracking.

Good to know

• Back up your phone and remove the case before you ship.
• Replacement screens may be aftermarket, as shown on your quote. Some models show an "unknown part" message after a screen swap.
• 90-day warranty on the new screen and its install.
• Phones only. We don't repair laptops, tablets or computers.
