Phone charging port repair by mail

Cable feels loose, the phone only charges at an angle, or won't charge at all? A worn or damaged charging port is a common, fixable problem. We replace charging ports by mail.

What it costs

$25 labor + the port part. Part prices vary by model, and your quote shows the exact part and price first. Shipping both ways is billed separately and listed on the quote. Sometimes it's just lint or a bad cable, so if you're unsure, add Diagnostics (+$30) and we'll check before replacing anything.

How it works

1. Start a repair with photos of the port and a description.
2. Approve and pay the quote. We order the part right away.
3. Ship your phone with the prepaid, insured label.
4. We replace the port, test charging and data, and ship it back.
